Christian Casimier netted 21 points along with 13 rebounds to lead the Canadore Panthers to a tight 70-69 victory over Lambton College for their first win of the season on Sunday afternoon.

The win was sandwiched between a pair of weekend losses including a 68-40 win by Lampton in the back end of the Sunday double header.

Santo Dak led the Panthers with 12 points in the loss.

The Panthers dropped their opening decision of the weekend, falling 84-71 to the Niagara Knights on Saturday.

Santo Dak had a team high 19 points for the Panthers.

With the 1-2 weekend record the Panthers record improves to 1-15 on the season.
