The Nipissing District Soccer Club (NDSC) will be hosting the annual Northern Ontario Masters Championships at North Bay’s Omischl Sports Complex this Saturday, August 28.

The NDSC All-Star Men’s Premier and the Men’s Over 35 teams will be playing against the Sudbury Regional Competitive Soccer League (SRCSL) All-Stars. Pre-game action will also feature NDSC’s U8, U9/U10 Boys grassroots programs as they play each other in an exhibition match.

The annual Northern Ontario Masters Championships tournament raises money through donations for children affected by cancer. This year the Club is supporting the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer organization.

The group recognizes that families living in northern Ontario have to deal with challenges that families living in southern Ontario don't have and that northerners have to stick together as one community.

Donations can be made prior to, during, and after the event by sending e-transfers to [email protected] .  Please use the password: donation and include NDSC on the memo line.
