Rotarians Starter Devin Smith pitched a complete game with 7 strikeouts and allowing just the one run on six hits and a walk in six innings.
Mike Dowdall drove in 6 RBI at the plate for the Rotarians going 4-4 with 2 runs scored, while Clarke Heipel was 1-2 with 2 RBI, 2 Runs Scored and 2 Walks. Kurtis Winrow drove in the lone run for Assante on a deep double that cashed in Mat Brandefield.
The North Bay Stingers host Don's Pub and Grill tonight (Monday) at 6:30 p.m. at the Steve Omischl Sports Complex.
In the late game Miner's Son hosts Assante at 8:45 p.m.
On Wednesday, May 31st Don's Pub and Grill hosts Carte Blanche at 6:30 p.m.
At 8:45 p.m. Miner's Son is home to Moose Cookhouse.
