NDA football is back

Trojans and Bears end in a 22-22 tie and Barons slip by Wildcats 16-8

The Algonquin Barons opened with a 16-8 win over the Widdifield Wildcats on the opening Friday night of NDA Senior Football action.  

Liam Bemoussa had a rushing touchdown, while Zach Martel caught a touchdown reception from quarterback Matt Desjardins.  

Kyle Armstrong had the lone touchdown on a pass from Wildcats QB Cam Pelletier. 

Meantime the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears and West Ferris Trojans ended in a 22-22 tie in longtime West Ferris coach, Larry Tougas’ return behind the Trojan bench.
