The North Bay Minors Baseball Association has released the dates for clinics for their players. The dates are as follows:
Veterans Field for all clinics (West Ferris Secondary School indoors as a back up)
June 1 - 6:00 - 8:00 - mosquito and down - $15.00
June 2 - 10:00 - 12:00 - mosquito and down - $15.00
June 2 - 1:00 - 2:30 - mosquito, peewee and bantam pitching and catching clinic - $15.00
June 8 - 6:00 - 8:00 - peewee and bantam - $15.00
June 9 - 10:00 - 12:00 - peewee and bantam - $15.00
Instructors for the clinic will be Dave Saad, Larry Tougas and Jake Tougas.
The general clinics will focus on fielding, hitting, catching and throwing while the pitching clinics will provide tips that will focus on set up, weight transfer, arm location and follow through. Parents and coaches are encouraged to attend the clinics and be on the field to observe the instruction that is being provided to their young ones.
