Midget AAA Trappers edged by Sons

The North Bay Midget AAA Trappers dropped their second straight game in as many days as they were edged 5-4 by the Nickel City Sons in Great North Midget League play on Sunday afternoon at West Ferris arena.

Steven Leveque scored twice for the Trappers, including an unassisted shorthanded marker in the second period.

Tyler Peters and Aaron Dart had the other Trappers goals.

Nathan Shane, Kurtis Clouthier, Michael Michel, Matthew Neault and Sheldon Lalonde scored for the Sons.

Sunday's loss drops the Trappers record to 9-12-0-0-1.
