Midget AAA blanked by unbeaten North Stars

The North Bay Midget AAA Trappers dropped their 3rd straight by falling 7-0 to the first place Sault Ste. Marie North Stars in the Soo on Saturday. Anthony Stefano led the North Stars offence with 2 goals.

Anthony Stefano led the North Stars offence with 2 goals. Cody Caron, Devin Shell, Matt Pinder, Matthew Mitchell and Jaren Bellini rounded out the scoring for the North Stars who are 22-0-0-1 on the season.

Jake Shannon got the loss in goal going the distance for the Trappers against the North Stars who are hosting the Telus Cup championship in the spring of 2013.

The Trappers loss drops their record to 9-13-0-0-1.
