Major Midget Trappers continue to roll

The North Bay & District Major Midget AAA Trappers improved their record to 7-0-0-1 this weekend thanks to a pair of home ice wins over the Timmins Majors and the Kapuskasing Flyers.

The North Bay & District Major Midget AAA Trappers improved their record to 7-0-0-1 this weekend thanks to a pair of home ice wins over the Timmins Majors and the Kapuskasing Flyers.  

On Sunday, the Trappers dumped the Flyers 7-3 at the Powassan Sportsplex.  Ethan Allair and Nick Davis scored two goals each in the win.  Zach Lefebvre, Kobe Seguin, and Matt Hardwick added the other goals for the Trappers. 

Meantime on Saturday, the Trappers thumped the Timmins Majors 8-2.  Nick Davis led the offence again with two goals while Nick Hahkala contributed with a pair as well.  Single tallies went to Sam Garagan, Hunter Foreshew, Matt Hardwick and Ryan Mills.
