The Trappers will be led by Billie McMillan who takes over from Guy Blanchard as the new head coach of the defending GNML champs.
Former NHLer Lance Nethery, will be bringing more than 10 years of pro coaching experience in Germany to the Trappers coaching staff this season. He joins McMillan as an assistant coach.
McMillan and Nethery have been preparing for the upcoming season all summer and are pleased with the amount of already committed players to the roster.
McMillan says with positions still available the final team selections will be made during the August evaluation skates.
The evaluation skates are scheduled on the following dates:

August 20 and 22, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. at Memorial Gardens

August 27, 28 and 29, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. at Pete Palangio arena
There is a $10 per player fee for each evaluation skate
