Ten more golfers qualified for the semifinals in the 11th annual Kiwanis Club of North Bay Dundee Wealth Management Blue Chip Growth hole-in-one competition Friday at Veteran's Field, Lee Park.
The event is held in conjunction with the North Bay Heritage Festival.
Highlight of the day was the Corporate Challenge and Brent Labrosse, Canadore College Alumni, won when his shot landed 4.25 inches from the hole.
Bill Stevanovich, Kristela's Bakery, was second at 4.75 inches and Stefan Tardif, Northern Honda, was third at 6.5 inches.
The semifinals and finals will be held Monday afternoon.
Friday's qualifiers:
Sandy Speirs, hole-in-one; Dan Marsden, 2.75 inches; Brent Labrosse, 4.25 inches; Bill Stevanovich, 4.75 inches; Jeff Philbert, 6 inches; Tim Morris, 6.25 inches; Stefan Tardif, 6.5 inches; Douse Purificati, 9. 5 inches; Peter Anello, 10.5 inches; John Baldwin, 10.5 inches.
