The Bulldogs Junior Varsity team visited Clarington Sunday to take on the Knights and where the powerful defenses rose to the occasion. The fans were treated to very strong tackling and a defensive battle they will not soon forget.

However, the Bulldogs ended up losing 6-0 to the Knights.

The Dogs defense allowed the Knights offense less yards than the team gave up in penalties as the game was hotly contested.

The Bulldogs defense allowed only 97 yards net offense to the Knights but gave up 135 penalty yards, which included three drive extending penalties landing the Knights inside the 5 yard line. Despite that field position the Bulldogs put up a goal line stand, but gave up an offside penalty from the 2 giving the Knights a 1st down. The knights capitalized to score the major, but the Dogs defense blocked the convert attempt.
