The North Bay Midget AA Ice Boltz picked up two wins on the holiday weekend to open up LLFHL league play.
Saturday afternoon the Boltz defeated the North York Storm 2-0.
On Saturday evening the Boltz beat the Sault Wildcats 3-2.
This coming Sunday the Ice Boltz travel to southern Ontario to play the Toronto Aeros.
This will be a good test for the young team as the Aeros are one of the top organizations for a number of years at the Midget AA level.
