Bull wins NCAA championship

The North Bay water skier captured the NCAA Division 1 women’s slalom title with 2 ½ buoys at 39-½ feet off.

North Bay’s Jaimee Bull has made a splash as part of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette recently from Oct. 11-13, at the San Marcos River Ranch in Martindale, Texas. 

The water skier captured the NCAA Division 1 women’s slalom title with 2 ½ buoys at 39-½ feet off.  

Bull’s team clinched second overall in the team event with 12,115 points, only 60 points behind the University of Louisiana-Monroe water ski team.

The North Bay native was named to Canada’s National Elite team in the summer of 2017.

Bull also won bronze at the  World Waterski championships held in Paris, France just over a year ago.
