Bull impresses at Winter Garden Slalom event

Bull's score of 2.5 buoys at 10.75 m line (39.5 off) is a new pending Canadian Record for Junior Women, surpassing her previous record of 2 buoys at that line length.

Jaimee Bull posted the top score in the Jr. Women's age division at the Winter Garden Slalom Showdown near Orlando, Florida this past weekend.

Her score of 2.5 buoys at 10.75 m line (39.5 off) is a new pending Canadian Record for Junior Women, surpassing her previous record of 2 buoys at that line length.

The record is pending as video of the run will have to be scrutinized by a panel of Canadian Judges before the record is approved. This score will ensure she qualifies for the Open World Championships to be held in France this September.

The current Junior World Champion has already qualified for this season's U21 World's in Ukraine, the World Games in Poland, the Jr. Masters in Georgia, the Jr. US Open in Alabama, the Canadian Open in Edmonton, the Malibu Open in Milwaukee and now the Open Worlds in Paris.

Dr. Michael Jackson formally of North Bay, now an Oral Surgeon in Barrie and water sports enthusiast has recently re-signed his Platinum Sponsorship agreement with Jaimee which will help her with her travel expenses. Jaimee continues to train at Jack Travers Ski School in Florida until Memorial Day Weekend  where she competes in the prestigious Jr. Masters Waterski Tournament  www.masterswaterski.com
