Big road win for Trappers in the Valley

Marc Senecal had three goals and goaltender Andre Laperriere made 33 stops, many of the spectactular fashion, as the North Bay Trappers slipped by the Valley East Consbec Cobras 5-3 Friday night in Great North Midget League action.

Cody Carnevale added a pair for the Trappers in the victory.

The big road win for the Trappers moves them one game below the .500 mark on the season.

The Trappers are back on home ice Sunday afternoon at West Ferris arena as they host Kirkland Lake. Game time is 1:20 p.m.. Sunday's contest will be the Trappers last game before the Christmas break.
