Battalion forward to play for Gold tonight

North Bay Battalion top pick Brandon Coe will be playing for gold tonight. 

Coe, a member of Team Canada Red participating in the Under-17 World Hockey Challenge, will be playing for gold tonight against Team USA.  

Canada Red edged the Czech Republic 3-2 in yesterday's semi-final, while the Americans blasted Team Canada White 9-1 in the other semi-final. 

Coe has netted one goal and two assists for three points in four games for Team Canada Red at the event taking place in Northeastern B.C.    

Last fall Battalion forward Adam McMaster came home with a silver medal from the event as a member of Team Canada Black.  

The game can be seen on TSN 1  tonight at 9 p.m.
