The North Bay Battalion will be looking to move to 4-0 tonight when they face the visiting Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds on a rare Friday evening home game for the Troops.

The Hounds (1-1-1) come in fresh off a 4-3 overtime loss at the hands of the Barrie Colts on Thursday night.

“For the first two periods we weren’t really involved in that hockey game,” said Greyhounds Coach Drew Bannister to SooToday.ca. “

“Hopefully we’re a lot better (Friday against North Bay) than we were today, we’re going to need to be.”

Bannister said he plans to have overage Connor Hicks start Friday’s game in North Bay against the Battalion.

Luke Burghardt and Cam Dineen come into the game as the top two scorers in the OHL.  Burghardt is at the top with 6 goals and 2 assists for 8 points while Dineen, who scored the OT winner for the Troops on Wednesday vs. Sudbury, is right behind him with 3 goals and 4 assists totalling 7 points.
