Battalion blanked by Otters

The Troops, fresh off an impressive 6-2 win over the Niagara IceDogs last night, go into the Christmas break with a record of 12-18-4.

The Battalion offfence was thwarted by Erie Otters netminder Anand Oberoi as he turned away all 28 Battalion shots he faced as the Erie Otters blanked the North Bay Battalion 3-0 at the Erie Insurance arena tonight.  

Kyle Maksimovich had two goals including the game-winner at 9:25 of the first period.  

Jordan Sambrook had the other Otters goal in the second period.  

Propp turned away 26 of the 28 shots he faced on this night for the Battalion.
