The North Bay Men's Baseball league is happy to host a five-team tournament on Canada Day long weekend (July1-3) the tournament will consist of four out-of-town teams including the Bowmanville Dodgers, Montreal Mets, Sudbury Shamrocks, Ottawa, and a North Bay team wearing East Side Mario's threads.

Each team will play a minimum of four games with each team getting a chance at facing one another in round-robin play. The top four teams will compete in semi final matchups with the final going at 1 p.m.on Sunday.

Anyone interested in coming out to watch a good weekend of baseball is encouraged to do so.

All games will take place at Veterans Field with the first game kicking off at 3 p.m. Friday afternoon between North Bay and Sudbury.

North Bay Men's Baseball League would like to extend thanks to East Side Mario's for sponsoring game MVP awards, to the City Of North Bay for supporting this event, and to the Best Western for their overnight accommodation services.
