Bantam A Trappers bring in 1866 lbs for Coach4Food

The North Bay Cycle Bantam A Trappers, sponsored by Mary Lynn and Dale Hall, added 1,866 more pounds to Tom Hedicans 2012 Coach4Food Program at their early morning practice.

That same evening the North bay AAA Midget Trappers, sponsored by Venasse Construction, brought 1,189 lbs to add to this year's campaign to fill the North Bay Food Bank.

Additionally, 22 Wing's record donation has gone up. Sponsored by John Cutsey's FDM4 International, an additional 1,020 pounds came in Wednesday, making 22 Wing's new record donation 13,931 pounds.

All together, it brings this year's total to 33,192 pounds with one week remaining.

Hedican, a professional goaltending consultant, is running practices using NHL and European skill drills for teams which do food drives for the North Bay Food Bank. Coach4Food will wrap up Dec 19.
