Atom AA Trappers off to OHF semi's (PHOTOS)

Trappers tied London 1-1 in their round robin finale

The North Bay/West Ferris Major Atom AA Trappers finished third in the round robin portion of the Atom AA Ontario Hockey Federation Central Region championship which is taking place at West Ferris arena this weekend.  

The Trappers finished the round robin portion of the tournament with one win, one loss and a pair of ties, including a 1-1 draw with the London Jr. Knights in front of a packed house Saturday afternoon.  

The Trappers move on to the semi-finals at 8 a.m. Sunday morning at West Ferris as they face the London Knights in a rematch.  

On Friday the Trappers opened with a 3-3 tie on Friday morning against Timmins.  On Friday afternoon the Trappers fell 4-1 to the Peterborough Petes. 

In a must-win Saturday morning, the Trappers blanked the Leaside Flames 4-0 before finishing up Saturday afternoon with the draw with London.  

Peterborough and Timmins will meet in the other semi-final at 10 a.m. at West Ferris arena. 

The final takes place at 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon at West Ferris.
