You have 3 houses next to each other. This is just an example for my point, not hard and fast 'rules of behaviour'.
House 1 has 2 seniors on a strict budget
House 2 has 3 teenagers
House 3 has two adults working full time.
House 2 with teenagers - at least 3 showers a day (plus adults) - or more
House 3 use power nozzles to sweep driveway, waters lawn frequently plus, since both are working = more showers
Why should the seniors in House 1 pay the same amount for water as the other 2?
Just a thought.
Except most of us have now had the meters removed from our homes.....

We try to get something from there every once in awhile to support them. Their Fish & Chips are great - so is their Reuben Sandwich (mmm mmm good!)

I'm glad they are beginning to listen to the researchers and the people. The bad health effects caused by 'falling back' and then 'springing forward' are well documented. It will be good to 'spring forward' for one last time. Why wait for others to do it - Ontario be a leader. Didn't stop Sask. or other areas for saying 'this is what we are doing. Period.

I can see golfing and being unmasked - easy to be 2 metres apart, but standing that close and NO mask? What kind of message is that giving the public/their family?

They ended grade 9 streaming in 1992/1993 era. One of the arguments I had for ending streaming until grade 10 was that first year high school - miner niners and all that - was stressful enough for the students. Give them a year to settle in and let the teachers see them, get to know them, work with them during their first year of high school. Then stream them for grade 10.
When was this decision rescinded? Another good reason to get politics out of education.

should have had one more option BECAUSE you are talking about employees' rights (via union, etc.) Maybe insist servers have a mask and visor like you see in other places (group homes, etc.)
