Members of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have been notified of a theft of a Recreational Vehicle (RV). The 1988 Ford, beige and green econoline RV motorhome was parked at a camp ground on Little Tomiko Lake.

Mischief to vehicles

MUNICIPALITY OF EAST FERRIS – On Sept. 13, 2016 at approximately 10:30 p.m., members of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious person in a driveway of a residence on Derland Road, Municipality of East Ferris. 

Investigation determined that four vehicles that were parked in the driveway had been vandalized. The vandalism consisted of tires being slashed, vehicles keyed and an unknown substance being put in gas tanks.

The suspicious male is described as having a slim build and being average height. He was last seen wearing a camouflage-coloured mask and tight fitting shirt. 

The investigation is still ongoing with the assistance of the Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO).

Any person with information regarding the person(s) responsible for this vandalism should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.

Theft of motorhome

Members of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have been notified of a theft of a Recreational Vehicle (RV). The 1988 Ford, beige and green econoline RV motorhome was parked at a camp ground on Little Tomiko Lake.

The theft occurred between Sept. 10 to Sept. 12, 2016. The motorhome contained many personal items.

Any person with information regarding the person(s) responsible for this theft should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
