Third suspect arrested

Members with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) North Bay Detachment and the Crime Unit continue their investigation into the August 30, 2015 home invasion which occurred at a residence on Songis Road in Redbridge at approximately 4 a.m.

Third suspect has since been located and arrested by members of the North Bay Police Service.  Charged and held for bail is:  

Max MARKER, 29, of North Bay

  • Robbery Using Firearm, as per section 344(1)(a.1) of the Criminal Code (CC);
  • Pointing a firearm as per s. 87 of the CC;
  • Break, Enter dwelling house - commit indictable offence as per s. 348(1)(b) of the CC; and with
  • Disguise with intent as per s. 351(2) of the CC.
