Two students stabbed on high school grounds west of Toronto, teen arrested: police

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Police say they've arrested a 15-year-old boy after two students were stabbed on the grounds of a high school in Mississauga, Ont.

Peel regional police say they were called to St. Marcellinus Secondary School shortly before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday for a disturbance.

Const. Akhil Mooken says officers arrived within minutes and found an injured student.

He says another student came forward with injuries while officers were there.

Both students' injuries are considered not life-threatening.

Mooken says there was an altercation on a nearby field before the incident that they are investigating and that the suspect took off before officer tracked him down.
