Tom Osborne died peacefully at Lady Isabelle Nursing Home, Trout Creek, on Wednesday, October 17, 2007. He was in his 86th year. Tom Osborne was predeceased by his wife Mary “Irene“ (Montgomery) (1924-2006).

FRASER, Alice Lisa

Alice Fraser died peacefully at Algonquin Nursing Home, Mattawa, on Monday, October 15, 2007 in her 88th year. Alice (Hummel) was predeceased by her husband Gordon Fraser (1915 - 1993).

FRASER, Byron Keith

Died peacefully at the North Bay General Hospital on Wednesday October 17th, 2007 in his 84th year. Dad's wish was to spend his last days at the camp and that is just what he did.

BAKER, Frederick Edward

Fred Baker died peacefully after a short illness at his home in North Bay surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at the age of 75.

STEWART, Duncan Louis

(1912 – 2007). A long time resident of Sturgeon Falls, Duncan Stewart passed away at Algonquin Nursing Home, Mattawa, on Sunday, October 14, 2007 in his 96th year. Son of the late Duncan Sr. and of the late Marie (née Ranger) Stewart.

BEATTIE, Milton (Mickey) George

Peacefully at North Bay General Hospital on Saturday, October 13, 2007 in his 79th year. Mickey Beattie was the beloved husband of Carol Ann (Hampel) of North Bay and the loving father of Lyall of Ottawa and Robert and wife Justine of Barrie.

LAPORTE, Joseph Clayton

At North Bay General Hospital, Friday, October 12, 2007, Joseph Clayton Laporte, beloved husband of Noella Laporte (nee Vachon), at the age of 75. Loving father of Mark Laporte and Luke Laporte and the late Joanne Laporte (deceased 2003).
