Passed away unexpectantly on Saturday July 20, 2019 in his 77th year, while enjoying his passion of picking berries. Loving husband to Jenny (nee Wilson) for almost 53 years. Cherished father of  Lisa Michaud (Joe) and Steven Vautour. Beloved grandfather to Brenden, Jenna, Tristan, Aidan and grandpuppy Baxter (Bowzer). Survived by his mother Suzanne Blais (Joseph). Dear brother of Leonard (Anita) and Charlie (Debbie). He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his father; Alyre Vautour and his brothers Roger, Adrien (Diane), Ronald and Joseph (Laurie). Cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s Crematorium. Please join us for a Celebration of Life on Sunday August 4th, 2019 at the Callander Legion from 2-6 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA or the Nipissing Serenity Hospice would be gratefully appreciated by his family.
