It is with heavy hearts that the family of Helen Irene Turner (nee Bialkoski) announces her peaceful passing at home on Friday January 22, 2021. Beloved wife of Lyle for 65 years. Helen met the love of her life while both serving in the RCAF. Helen brought joy to every life that she touched; we have lost a true angel. Predeceased by her parents Anthony and Mary Bialkoski, sisters Rose, Olga, Anne, and Isobel. Survived by her husband Lyle and daughters, Linda Bondarevich (Garry), Donna Cruz (Juan) and Barbara Kantor (Charles), grandchildren Holly Turner, Savannah Cruz and Thomas Kantor and brothers Stan Bialkoski (Linda),Terry Bialkoski (Gerry) and sister-in-law Carole Darnbrough. At Helen’s request, a small private visitation for immediate family will be held at Hillside Funeral Services with cremation to follow.
