TURCOTTE, Joan Mary (nee Murtaugh)

Joan Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of her family at Cassellholme Home on September 29, 2017 at the age of 93 years. Joan was the loving wife of Eximer Turcotte. Beloved mother to Charles Turcotte (Bride), and Francis Turcotte (Tammy). Cherished grandmother to Jonathan Turcotte (Katrina), Tiffany Parks (Tyler), Lisa-Marie Turcotte (Branden), Jesse, Jeremy, Zack and Dylan.  Joan will be forever loved by her great grandchildren Jamiee, Kelsea, Claira, Thea, Cole, and Hope. Joan was predeceased by her parents Charles Murtaugh and Mary (nee Noone) and her brother Dr. Norman Murtaugh and his wife Bertille. Joan was the past president of the C.W.L. at Corpus Christi. The family wishes to thank the CCAC Partners and the nurses and staff of Cassellholme for their care and compassion. The family will be receiving visitors on Tuesday October 3rd, 2017 at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm.  A Funeral Service will be conducted onWednesday October 4th  2017 at 11 am in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel. In keeping with Joan’s wishes cremation is to follow with entombment at the All Saints Mausoleum. As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of choice would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
