After a long courageous battle with cancer, we announce the passing of Annette Trahan (nee Rouselle) on January 16, 2017 at the age of 78 years. Dearly loved and devoted wife of Leo Trahan for 58 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children; Carole Bizier (Bern), Nicole Amyot (Richard), Marc, Mike (Kelly), Paul and Normand (Rosana). Cherished memere of 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Annette was the dear sister of Leo Rousselle Jr. (Pauline), Suzanne Oake (Ford) and Georgette Hiller (Walter-deceased). She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents; Leo and Beatrice Rouselle (nee Bergeron) and by her siblings; Pauline Mantha, Henri, John and Gerard. Mom was the glue of our family! Her quirky sense of humour and her baking will be forever missed. Her joy and passion in life, was simply being a wife, mother and memere- loving, nurturing and kind. As per the family’s wishes, a private service was held. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay). The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Senior and the exemplary staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their care and compassion to us and our mother. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged. Online condolences can be made at www.mcguintyfuneralhome.com.
