It is with broken hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Lois Roussy on May 24th, 2018 at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by her husband Lucien Roussy. Loving mother of Brenda White (Tim), Adrian Roussy (Donna), Leslie Roussy (Lisa), James Roussy (Carol), Donna Lynn Joncas (Larry-predeceased), Timothy Roussy (Lesley) and Donat Roussy (Sherri). Devoted Nana of Tyler (Irim), Gavin (Christine), Logan (Alyssa), Tristen, Brandon (Emma), Sheldon (Katie), Andrew, Cole (Madeline), Keegan, Jennifer (Jeff), Terry (Amanda), Shaun, Corey, Eric, Kate, Whitney (Mckenzie), Andréa (Andrew), Carter (Lindsay), Julie, Sydney, Nolan, Lauren, Evan, Ava and soon to be great Nana to a great granddaughter expected on July 27, 2018. Dear sister of Anastasia Muldoon (Leslie), Adrian Dumas (Beverly-predeceased) and Norma Piche. Lois will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her granddaughter Brianna Roussy, parents; Alphonse and Elizabeth Dumas and her siblings; Cyril, Lawrence, Lorraine, Vincent, Peter, Velma and Pat. Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Sunday May 27th, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption on May 28th, 2018 at 10 am. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank-you to Cassellholme -Apple Street and the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their care and compassion shown to our mother and our family during these last few days and months. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sick Kids or a Charity of Choice would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
