RODGERS, Bruce Douglas

With sorrow the family announces the passing of Bruce with his family at his side on Friday, April 22, 2016, at Health Sciences North in Sudbury at the age of 67 years. Beloved husband of Sherry Culling. Predeceased by his parents Bruce Rodgers and Mary Carmel “Carm” (nee Tennisco). Loving father to Sarah Fitzgerald (Kevin), Edward Rodgers and Anthony Rodgers (Andrea). Bruce will always be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Victoria (Brandon), Matthew (Natashia), Reed, Hayli, Kyla, Carmela and his great grandchildren Evelyn Grace, Leilan and Linkyn. Bruce is survived by his brothers Bryan Rodgers (Michele), and Barry Rodgers and by the mother of his children, Linda Weinstein.  Bruce was a proud 36 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion and an avid fisherman and hunter. The family will receive visitors and friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home (Callander) on Saturday, April 30, 2016, from 1pm until the time of a memorial service at 3pm in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel. Following the service, there will be a time of fellowship at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #445.
