It's with deep sadness that her family announces her passing at the West Nipissing General Hospital, on Friday, April 9, 2004, at the age of 42 years. Dearly beloved wife of Marcellin Rivet and cherished mother of Mathieu and Josée Rivet of Sturgeon Falls. Loving sister of Marie (Shane Moyer) of North Bay, Robert and Todd Lavallée of Windsor. Sadly missed by her step-father, Delphis Ross. Predeceased by her mother Marilyne (née Hubert) and her father Fernand Desormeaux. Dianne was best known as an excellent cook at Carl's Restaurant for 22 years. Loved by all those who knew her. Family receiving friends and relatives at the THEORET FUNERAL HOME, today, Monday, April 12, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Reverend Denis Savignac will celebrate the funeral mass at the Resurrection Church, on Tuesday, April 13, at 11 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated by her family.
