Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on January 7th, 2022 at the age of 90.
Born in Temiscaming on January 3rd, 1932. Loving husband of Helen Pharand (nee Bean). Loving father of Pierre of North Bay. Jean Guy and Helen were married on July 31st, 1954 in Temiscaming 67 years ago. He was the son of the late Louis and Stella Pharand. Predeceased by 2 sisters and 5 brothers. He will be sadly missed by his 2 sisters Pauline Goulet of Montreal and Rev. Sister Marie Claire Pharand of Ottawa. Jean Guy was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
A visitation and service will be held at a later date. Donations to St. Theresa Church in Temiscaming will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
