Passed away peacefully on December 26, 2003 at the Durrand Seniors Residence in Hamilton, age 78. Phyllis is survived by her son Blayne Stuart, grandchildren Carlene, Mark and Eric, sisters Eleanor Towers and Madge Berard, brother Ken McQuestion and nephews Wayne McLellan, Terry Berard and their families. Predeceased by husband Joseph Perell. Phyllis will be missed by her many friends in Hamilton and in North Bay, where she was born and raised. Special thanks to Eleanor Towers and staff at Durrand, for the loving care that Phyllis received. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Upper James Chapel of Cresmount Funeral Home, 1020 Upper James Street, Hamilton on Tuesday at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the Church of the Assumption or the charity of your choice.
