Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family members, at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Wednesday, January 28, 2004, Thérèse Nantel (née Moreau) at the age of 76. Thérèse was the beloved wife or Gerald Nantel and loving mother of Darquise Krysciak (Mark) of Waterloo, Gilles Nantel (Debbie) and Diane Wall (Dave), both of British Columbia, Raymond Nantel (Suzanne) and Geraldine Zuccharato (Larry), both of North Bay. She will be lovingly remembered by 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Raymonde (deceased 1953) and Magloire Moreau (deceased 1966), a sister, Germaine Collin and three brothers, Rudolphe, Johnny and Roland “Pine”. Visitation at the McGUlNTY FUNERAL HOME, today, 2 to 4 anad 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Paroisse St-Vincent-de-Paul, Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Research would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
