It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Wallace Edward Mullens on December 31, 2021 at the age of 75.

He leaves behind his beloved wife of 57 years Vicki, his daughter, Nancy, his son, Keith (Ann), his grandchildren, Kelly, Kurt (Kristin), Emma (Nick), Lewis (Bea), his sister in law Judy Handelman, his nieces and nephews,  Wayne (Lynn), Jake (Linda), Brad (Ginny), Karen (Stewart), Scott (Brenda), Jane-Hunter (Troy), Bobbi-Jo, Julie, Susan, Cheryl, Lisa and Leslie.  Also left behind are many great, and great-great nieces and nephews and lots of friends.

He was known to many as a hard working man who loved his family, fishing, hunting and playing his guitar!

He worked all of his life in the great outdoors mostly as a logger for the first half and as an Outfitter for the remainder until his retirement.
He was very passionate about music.  He started playing guitar and performing at a very young age and as a young man he even had a weekly spot with his band performing on a local TV channel in Pennsylvania.

He moved his young family to Canada in 1972, and continued logging and started his own band with his wife and songbird Vicki with her playing bass guitar to his lead.  They became very popular musicians at many places of entertainment bringing much joy and fun for many years.

He was well known for his sense of humor and his wonderful story telling and shared tales of memories and experiences from his life.

He was loved by many and will be missed greatly.  Hopefully he is pickin' and grinnin' with dinner of the other greats; Merle, George and Waylon.
