His interest for local sports never wavered. He was a regular spectator at many events, many of which involved his grandchildren.

Bob was employed by Ontario Hydro from 1953 to 1990. He enjoyed a wonderful retirement. He loved cottage life on Lake Talon and spending time with his family, as family was very important to him. Bob was a wonderful husband, father, father-in-law and Papa. Thanks Dad/Papa for all the memories.
Bob and his Family truly appreciated the care provided by the entire staff at the North Bay General Hospital, B3, as well as the Empire Living Centre.
A private family internment will be held. Donations in memory of Bob to the North Bay Health Centre Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged by his family. Arrangements entrusted to Basic Cremation Services.
