Died peacefully at Cassellholme, with her family at her side, on Friday, February 27, 2004. Ada Lucinda Paul, was the beloved wife of the late John H. Mitchell, in her 91st year. Cherished mother of Dr. Murray Mitchell and his wife Diane of North Bay and Lois Yamamoto and her husband Henry of Kingston. Predeceased by her son Michael "Big Mike" Mitchell. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren of whom she was so very proud of; Heather Mitchell, Stephen Mitchell and his wife Dr. Christine Seidler, Susan Mitchell, Michael Mitchell and his wife Alissa, Benjamin Cunningham, Jennifer Cunningham and by her five great-grandsons, Jack, William, Nathaniel, Sam and Gabriel. Dearly loved sister of Doris Hamill of Sudbury and Allan Paul and his wife Beth of Newmarket. Ada's family, friends and neighbours will miss her smiling face and presence as she sat on her veranda on Murray Street. A memorial service will be held at the Trinity United Church on Saturday, April 10, at 2:00 p.m. Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium with interment of ashes in the family plot at Terrace Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Trinity United Church General Fund or to a Charity of Choice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall).
