In loving memory of Robert “Bob” McGhee, 76 years. Monday evening, October 13th, 2003 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital St. Joseph’s Health Centre. Beloved husband of Frances (Ferguson) McGhee, predeceased 2000. Loving father of Margaret Porter (husband Claude Larabie) of Burnaby, British Columbia, Bobby McGhee (wife Marlene) of Val Caron, Sandra Sweeney (husband Eldon) of Sherwood Park, Alberta, John McGhee (partner Alison Anzil) and Sharon Stevenson (husband Grant) both of Coppercliff and Sheila Vintinner (husband Peter) of Elliot Lake. Cherished Pappa of Matthew, Shellie, Lyn predeceased, Kimberly, Brian, Sean, Jerry, Lindsay, Brad, Johnny, Jonah, Ian, Andrew, Jordan, Mary-Elizabeth, William and Mark; great-grandchildren Mia, Evan, Abby, Andy, Kennedy, Emily, Daxton and Lucas. Dear son of Alexander and Sophia (Bryden) McGhee predeceased. Dear brother of Jenny Watson of Scotland, Mary McGhee, Bryden McGhee (wife Connie) and Carol Warren (husband Tony) all of North Bay and Douglas (predeceased) (wife Frances-Ann) of Hamilton. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Loving companion of Yvonne Nykilchyk of Sudbury. Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury. Funeral service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Friday October 17th, 2003 at 2 pm. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. A memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm, today under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #224, Coppercliff. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Friends may call 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm today and after 12 noon Friday.
