Passed away on July 15, 2005 at Nipissing Manor, Corbeil in his 84th year. Beloved son of the late Ida Jane (Swalwell) and Joseph Harvey McConnell. Survived by sisters Mary Grawbarger (the late Victor) of Capreol, Gertie Fryer (the late Norm), and sister-in-law Bertha McConnell. Predeceased by brother Truman McConnell, and sisters Queenie Duggan (Carl Towns, Jim Duggan), Agnes Byers (Levi), Mabel Byers (Alex), Eva Grawbarger (Everett), and Susan Grawbarger (Kitchener). The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment Nipissing Cemetery.
