It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that our family announces the passing of Elizabeth (Dolly) MacLean at her residence on March 19, 2021 at the age of 78.
Survived by her loving husband of 60 years Donald, and children Donald (Sylvie), Susan (Scott McCallum), Margaret (Gord Glionna), sister Dorothy Guilbeault, brother Lennard McLaughlin, brothers-in-law Russell (Jean) and Gordon, sisters-in-law Helen (Larry) Novack and Debbie (Jim) Cripps. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jennifer Bailey, Sara McLean (Shawn Levy), Samantha (Pat) Kavanaugh and Brogan MacLean and her great grandchildren Asia-Lyn and Nolan Bailey, Nyle and Laine Kavanaugh. Predeceased by her parents Alex and Ethel McLaughlin, daughter Donna, siblings Kenneth, Viola, Archie, Keith and sister-in-law Jean McLean. She will also be sadly missed by her many friends and extended family.
Our family would like to sincerely thank all that supported us during this very difficult time, everyone who shared a story, offered their prayers, dropped by food and provided comforting words. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Donations to a charity of your choice as an expression of sympathy would be greatly appreciated.
