LEMAIRE, Vera Jessie (nee Pitt)

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Vera Lemaire at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on August 3, 2018 at age of 88 years. Predeceased by her husbands Henri Lemaire and Raymond Cormier. Loving mother of Sharon Weslake (Michael). Cherished grandma of Jordan Weslake. Vera will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents; James and Jesse Pitt and her siblings; Lila, Bula, Cora, Lloyd, Russell, Harold, Len, Norma and Jean. Vera was an avid euchre player and 500 card player, she enjoyed curling and was a devoted Battalion’s fan. Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Friday August 10, 2018 from 11 am until the time of service at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
