The family announces with deep sorrow his accidental death in Temagami on May 31, 2004, at the age of 24. He leaves to mourn his loss, his loving companion, Rebecca (Becky) MacDonald. He will also be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his mother Roxanne McDonald and stepfather Mike McDonald of Kitchener; his father Rick Laforge and stepmother Bonnie Laforge of Englehart; and his grandparents Joseph and Jacqueline Larocque of Cache Bay. Dear brother of the late Jennifer Laforge; and stepbrother of Jeremy McDonald and Jared McDonald of Kitchener; Christopher Laforge of Regina, Saskatchewan and Chantale Laforge of Englehart. The family will receive relatives and friends at the THEORET FUNERAL HOME in Sturgeon Falls today, June 3, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral prayer service, conducted by Reverend Raymond Sullivan, will be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 4, at 11 a.m.
