After a brief illness, Francis Laferriere died peacefully, at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday, April 3, 2020. He was 90 years old. Francis was the beloved husband of Noella (St. George) of Chisholm. He was the much-loved father of Frank (Noella) of Oakville, Patty-Lynn (Tim Staring) of Minesing, Richard “Rick” (Deb) of Markham, Renée (Cris Fader) of Oakville and Nicole “Nicki” of Cornwall. He will be lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will be announced at a later date.
