The family announces with sorrow the sudden passing of John on Thursday November 7, 2019 at the age of 65 years. Beloved husband of Michelle (nee Connolly). Loving father of Jonathon Kain (Rebecca Dubois) and Rebecca Kain. Adored brother-in-law by Melissa Bradley (Rik) and Mike Connolly (Sherry). Much loved Uncle John to Megan, Mikaela, David and his children, Michael, Landon and Khloe, Nathania (Bruce) and their daughter Aryana, Danielle (Shane) and their daughters Alexa and Gracelynn, Amber, Jeremy (Rhiannon) and their son Theodore, and Josiah. John is predeceased by his parents John Alexander and Helen (nee Rivet) Kain and is survived by his sister Joy Young (Chris). John was a well-known business owner of Central Auto in North Bay. The family will receive visitors for a memorial visitation at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Saturday November 16, 2019 from 11am to 1pm followed by a Celebration of John’s life in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel at 1pm. Donations are suggested to The Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society.
