Passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Tuesday, January 27, 2004. Mary Horner, beloved wife of Bernard Horner, in her 73rd year. Dearly loved mother of Darlene Horner of North Bay. Lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews in Canada and Europe. Dear sister of Anne Bratanich of Victoria, British Columbia. Predeceased by her daughters, Mary Ellen and Anne Marie Horner and a son John Joseph. Mary was an associate memeber of Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 23 and a memeber of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Women's League. Visitation at McGuinty Funeral Home, Friday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. There will be a Royal Canadian Legion service, Friday at 3 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Church, Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Alzheimer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
