(1931-2019) - Bill passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday May 8th, 2019 at the age of 87. He was the dear father of Terri Giroux, Holley (Claude Grise) and William Hess Jr. He was a loving grandpa to six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Predeceased by his first wife Jane St Germain and his first great grandchild Bradley. Bill served in the American Airforce for over 22 years and retired as Master Sargent. After retiring he moved to North Bay and lived here for over 35 year. A graveside service for Bill will be held at a later date at St Thomas d’Aquin Cemetery in Astorville.
