Guy passed away peacefully on Monday, April 1, 2019, at the age of 68 in Mattawa. He was predeceased by his parents Rhéaume and Claudia Gendron and his sister Marie-Lou. Guy was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by his wife Claudette (née Sarrazin), his children Eric (Candace), Marc (Robin), Tanya (Mathiew) and Natalie (Rodger), and grandchildren Émilie, Ben, Mariève, Gabrielle and Vincent. A funeral service will be held at Ste Anne’s church in Mattawa on Friday, April 5, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. Donations can be made in memory of Guy to Northern Cancer Research in lieu of flowers.
