Peacefully passed away at Waters Edge Care Community on August 8,2018 at the of 99 years. Predeceased by her husband Leo. Dearly loved mother of Lise Seguin (Harvey-deceased), Reg(Shirley), Claudette Gerardi (Dario-deceased), Claire Turcotte, Louise Morin (Les), Rene, Suzanne Morin (Wes), Denise Gauthier (Gary), Robert(Rae), Rolly, Raymond. Predeceased by sons; Ron (Louise living), Ricky, daughter; Lucille McCharles (Ed-deceased), her parents Oscar and Marie Ange Gauthier and her siblings Rene, Antonio and Leona Gauvreau.
Cherished grandmother of 36, great grandmother of 45 and great-great grandmother of 14 at last count. She will be sadly missed by her sister Vicky Cantin as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. As per her wishes a private service was conducted. Interment took place at St Mary's Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Paroisse St Vincent de Paul Memorial Fund would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
